This Shipping Policy applies to all items or products purchased through the website of Vedji. It is our aim to deliver all the shipments in perfect condition to our valued customers. We will deliver our products according to the terms stated in this document. This shipping policy doesn’t constitute or confer any legal right between our e-commerce store and any customer. We reserve the right to change this shipping policy at any time.
SHIPPING COVERAGE AND PROCESSING OF ORDERS
- We deliver all over the United States, including its territories, according to the rules and regulations set up by the logistical partners or courier companies.
- Normally, the orders received by our warehouse with standard shipping (flat rate) options are sent on the same business day if they are received before 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
- We will provide the tracking numbers between 1 – 2 days after the order is placed. Once your order has been sent, a notification will be sent to your registered email address and/or text message. This notification will have a tracking number through which you will be able to track your order.
- The processing time for order delivery may vary depending on the location.
- In the case of geographical restrictions, shipping may not be possible. Please make sure to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm your regional location.
WHAT SHIPPING SERVICES DO WE USE?
We use the logistics services of the USA (including postal, express delivery, and courier services). The shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout page based on the method of shipping option. Express shipping services carry more charges than standard shipping.
For all our orders, the shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout page of our website. Fast or expedited shipping will carry slightly extra charges as compared to standard or flat-rate shipping. As of now, all orders within the continental US above the subtotal of $99 shall be shipped free of cost.
POSSIBLE DELAYS IN THE SHIPPING PROCESS
Deliveries that are delayed due to global lockdowns, pandemics, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, application of security regulations imposed by a government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment, acts or omissions of customs officials, the authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in the ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our or shipping carriers control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or any circumstances beyond shipping carrier’s control will not be granted any shipping (full or partial) refunds.
Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which our store makes the product available to the customer, which is materialized through the control system used by the postal service or courier company.
