Refund and Returns Policy
Under our satisfaction guarantee services, we have written this policy to honor the customer’s request for an exchange or refund.
Our products are consumable goods and are prone to perish due to the nature of the ingredients. There is an element of safety involved as well. Henceforth, once purchased there will not be any returns.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Conditions: In the case customers request a refund or item exchange, the customer will need to provide proof of purchase, such as order number, receipt (digital or physical), etc.
To prevent policy abuse, we limit customers to no more than one (1) exchange, store credit, or refund request for items bought from our website.
Customers can request for an exchange (similar item replacement) or refund under two conditions:
- If the customer has received the wrong product due to fulfillment error or the product being lost during shipping.
- Under our “Customer Satisfaction Guarantee”, a customer has 180 days from the date of purchase to exchange the product if the customer is not satisfied with the product.
- Nothing stated in this policy shall be applicable if the customer has provided a false, fake, or incorrect address.
- Refunds do not include shipping & handling costs associated at the time the customer purchased from our website.
- After 180 days, no further relaxation of any kind will be given.
HOW SOON CAN YOU EXPECT THE EXCHANGE AND REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
- The process may take up to 10 business days.
- If we are out of stock or a replacement product is not available, we will issue the store credit or a whole refund in the original method of payment.
